This Way Up played at our wedding reception on 5 June 2010 at the Old Mill, Batheaston and they were absolutely superb. Not only did they prove themselves to be a brilliant band, they played a wide selection of songs that had everybody on their feet at one time or another, allowed the best man to play a few songs with them on guitar and even humoured me while I made a total arse of myself on the microphone in front of my new wife, friends and family! Brilliant musicians, friendly and fun to deal with, they helped to make this by far the best day of my life.

Dear Clive and band,

We came to see you at the Old Lane on the 8th, and we had to struggle to get in as it was packed. You guys and Girl really know how to rock, the music was first class, and what a difference a good drummer makes. Wev'e never seen so many people in the pub. Sonia your a star, it must be nice being able to shine and not be hampered by other vocalists.

We will definately be coming to see you again, rock on THISWAYUP.

Emma and I were very pleased with your version of Im so in love with you and in fact with all the songs you performed.

It was worth paying the car parking fee, the band were fantastic, they really rocked the park. Sonia you are a born performer, and are so much better with these guys than the other band you were with. They should have let you perform for longer as the music was 1st class. We will all be coming to see you again when you play local.
